Refunds for Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If CARIFTA Games 2025 is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund, including service fees. In the case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests will be accepted within 10 days of the reschedule announcement if ticket holders are unable to attend on the new date.

Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales for CARIFTA Games 2025 are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer, NAAATT. While the no-refund policy is detailed here, ticket holders acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of the purchase process by completing their transaction.

Force Majeure and Other Exceptions

Refunds will not be available for circumstances beyond the control of NAAATT or Sun Tixx, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unavoidable situations. In such cases, NAAATT may provide alternate solutions, such as rescheduling the event or offering credit towards future events.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The timeframe for receiving funds depends on the ticket holder’s financial institution. Sun Tixx will provide support to ensure timely processing but is not responsible for delays caused by banks or other financial entities.

Fraudulent Activities and Chargebacks

Sun Tixx actively monitors payment transactions to prevent fraudulent activities. Filing chargebacks for legitimate purchases is not allowed. Sun Tixx reserves the right to contest invalid chargebacks, and accounts associated with excessive or fraudulent chargeback claims may be terminated. By purchasing tickets, you agree to resolve payment disputes directly with Sun Tixx and comply with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Final Sale Agreement

Purchasing tickets for CARIFTA Games 2025 constitutes agreement to these terms. Buyers acknowledge the no-refund policy and understand their rights to refunds only in specific scenarios outlined in this policy.
